Mapping cyber security awareness

The Attorney-General’s department needed to understand the current state of cyber security awareness in Australia and establish a behavioural design framework for further communication and measurement.


We conducted both qualitative user research and quantitative benchmarking to explore the problem space across NSW and VIC. We then applied our insights to a behavioral design framework allowing us to understand when best to engage users with tools and information.
