Discovery for a business bank digital transformation

I was project lead for a human centred design project with Tobias to research and identify opportunities and design solutions for business banking at a large Australian bank.

To identify opportunities and provide a prioritised direction for the transformation of a large business bank’s client facing portal.

Approach

We conducted research with stakeholders, internal staff and a spread of clients across existing and emerging segments, to observe existing behaviours and to identify client banking needs.

Result

Clarity and consensus on a prioritised direction for the business bank, with a customer validated prototype of a specific functional slice for the new platform.
